Service Description
Learn the basics of baking through creativity and essential pastry techniques. Day 1 Scones & Muffins Day 2 Cookies & Brownies Day 3 Pies & Tarts Day 4 Fruit Desserts and Day 5 Cupcakes. In all camps students learn about using fresh ingredients and herbs, even using some from the garden, knife skills, and baking techniques, as well as how to set a table and clean-up. Everyone sits together to enjoy the treats. All classes are designed to intrinsically build in math, reading, critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity through the life skill of cooking, while having FUN! Classes are held in lower Westchester. Students are asked to keep their cell phones away during class time.

Cancellations with 100% refund accepted 7 days prior to the class. After 7 days, no refunds are given. You may transfer your lesson to another person.
