Knife skills are at the core of every great cook. Learn the proper techniques for mince, dice, chop, and slice; what knives you need, how to sharpen and hone, and overall knife care. We will make a vegetable soup with an herb oil and a citrus salad.
To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. One weeks notice is required for a full refund. When a class is cancelled 2-7 days prior to the start date, only a class credit will be issued. There are no refunds or credits issued when fewer than 48 hours notice from the class start date is given. Classes are transferable. Thank you for your understanding.
